Getting VirtualBox to run after updating linux kernels

When the usual problem occurs (after upgrading linux kernels) in VirtualBox and

sudo /sbin/rcvboxdrv setup

fails, use

sudo /usr/lib/virtualbox/vboxdrv.sh setup
